Car Challenge

Balloon Powered Cars were a STEM Maker Project of the Month.  The program was intended to provide making opportunities for students in grades 1-5. 

This specific challenge took a look at several aspects of how a car moves: wheels, traction, and a force to move the car.  In this project wind was going to move the car instead of an engine.  Students had a variety of supplies in order to attempt a Balloon Powered Car.
